B1 A competitor transferring from another Club shall not be eligible to compete in any competition for their new Club until documented approval of transfer from S.V.I. can be produced.
B2 Competitors must be registered with SVI through the approved process (e.g. Clubs on line) or have filled out the appropriate SVI Membership application and handed to Club Registrar prior to any swim meet.
